MONDAY 10am Heavy Metal Class w/ Shannon
Shannon Stayton was born and raised on the westside of Cincy. She’s a mom, bartender, stylist, and yoga enthusiast. That latter definitely is the balance to the chaos. Which is why we’re excited to invite you to her practice with heavy metal yoga. Who doesn’t want to downward dog to bands like Pantera, QOTSA, etc?!
Rage and peace. Yin and yang. She strives for everyone to feel comfortable at any level of their practice, even beginners.
