Q: Can I really get tires ordered without having to pay the whole amount up front?
A: Yes, you can order your tires for only 1/2 down.
You pay 50%* to get the tire(s) ordered and the other 50% within 14 days of your order being delivered to Moto Federation Garage. There are NO finance or interest charges.
Price quotes are subject to change due to supplier adjustments, manufacturer price increases, shipping surcharges, and/or other factors beyond our control. If there is an increase in price before you place your order, you will be notified before the order is placed. Your 50% payment secures your pricing and you will not be subject to any increases once your payment has been confirmed.
Q: What if I don't pay the 2nd half of my order?
A: We know sometimes there are hiccups in life, which is why we've set up this special order program to spread the cost of tires out over 2 weeks, possibly multiple pay periods.
It takes us typically 2-4 days to receive your tires once the order has been placed. Your 14 day window doesn't start until we actually receive your order from our supplier. It's possible you could have 16-18 days to pay the balance of your order. Again, without any finance or interest charges to you.
Orders not paid within the 14** days of delivery to Moto Federation are considered abandoned/forfeited. This promotion is considered a special order and no refunds or credit are given on special orders. Unpaid orders cost us money out of pocket to the distributor. Special orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable unless the tires and/or supplies for your order are put on backorder by the supplier or are damaged by the shipper.
Q: What if I want to get tires before the 2026 price increase hits but won't be able to pick them up for a little while?
A: We will store your fully paid order at the garage for up to 30 days*** until you're ready to mount your tires. After 30 days, tire storage will be billed at $1 per day per tire.
Q: What about that free mounting & balancing?
A: The day pass of $45 is waived for mounting and balancing tires purchased through Moto Federation. The balance of your order must be paid before mounting the tires. You can mount the ordered tires for free using our tire changer (we'll show you how) and balance with stick-on wheel weights. Balance beads are available for $7/ounce. Old tire disposal is not included. You must take your old tires with you or pay $10/tire to have us dispose of them.
*Tires considered specialty, custom, and/or with an MSRP $500+ may require an additional deposit to order.
**Current garage members have 28 days to pay the remaining balance of their order from time of delivery to Moto Federation. Membership is defined by those paying a monthly fee at the time of the order and continued through final payment of order.
***Storage, Monthly, Semi-Annual, and Annual members may store up to 1 set of tires with their motorcycle already at the garage.
